Built on over twenty-five years of applied safety psychology and the globally recognised Transformational Safety® Leadership framework, SAFE-T-LEADER© is a three-day intensive experiential program that develops safety leadership capability from the inside out. It does not just tell participants what great safety leadership looks like. It puts them through an experiential journey that develops the beliefs, competencies, and character that make it possible.
The program is founded within the Full Range Leadership® Model — the most empirically researched leadership framework in the world, developed by Professors Bernie Bass and Bruce Avolio. A functional understanding of High Reliability Organizing — and how to apply the five HRO hallmarks within their own operational environment to build collective mindfulness and organisational resilience.
Practical Operational Risk Management tools drawn from the protocols of the United States Military — applied to the everyday safety decisions their workforce makes on every shift.
The program is structured around participant experiences, self and organisational assessment, video footage from major industrial disasters, group discussion, and real-world scenario application.
